Service prices and terms
All prices include 25.5% VAT. We primarily operate in the Capital Region, but we also serve the rest of Finland upon request.
Pricing Policy
The total price is determined by the time used. The minimum charge is one hour.
Recycling Service: Charging starts upon arrival at the site (or crossing Ring III) and ends once all items have been unloaded at the Sortti station or Recycling Center.
Inside Ring III (Kehä III): Charging starts upon arrival at the site and ends when the task is completed.
Outside Ring III (Kehä III): Charging starts when the vehicle crosses Ring III and ends upon its return to Ring III.
Services
Van and Driver – 50 €/h
First hour: 50 €; subsequent time: 25 € / 30 min.
Note: Driver does not assist with carrying.
Van and Driver with Carrying Assistance – 70 €/h
First hour: 70 €; subsequent time: 35 € / 30 min.
The driver assists with loading and carrying. The customer must assist the driver with large or heavy items.
Van with Two Movers – 90 €/h
First hour: 90 €; subsequent time: 45 € / 30 min.
The service includes two professional movers. The customer does not need to participate in carrying.
Recycling Service
Pricing follows the rates for “Van and Driver with Carrying Assistance” or “Van with Two Movers.”
Items are transported to the nearest HSY Sortti station.
Waste Fees: HSY waste fees are added to the total according to their current price list. You can estimate these fees at esortti.hsy.fi.
Total time includes driving to the station and sorting the items. Please note that queues at the station may affect the final duration.
Additional Charges
Evening/Night (20:00–08:00): +20 € (one-time fee)
Weekends, Public Holidays, and Month-end/start: +15 € (one-time fee)
- Applies to the first and last day of every month.
Stair fees:
- Added if there is NO ELEVATOR. Charge per address. Ground floor = 1st floor. Applies only to full moves, not to single-item transportation.
- 2nd floor: +20 €
- 3rd floor: +30 €
- 4th floor: +40 €
- 5th floor: +50 € (etc.)
Invoicing Fee (Business): 5 € / invoice
Invoicing Fee (Private): 14 € / invoice (Currently unavailable)
General Information
Payment: Payment is made immediately upon completion of the task. We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards via our onboard payment terminal.
No Prepayments: We do not typically require booking fees or prepayments.
Cancellations: Free of charge if notified at least 12 hours in advance.
Included in Service: All services include up to 50 km of fuel (additional kilometers: 0.40 €/km), a hand truck, and furniture straps.
Moving boxes
Available only in addition to «Van and Driver with Carrying Assistance» and «Van with Two Movers» services.

Rental Price: 0.15 € / box / day
Terms: Minimum order of 10 boxes. Minimum rental period is 7 days.

- Area 2 (Kerava, Klaukkala, Veikkola, Söderkulla, Hyrylä): 32.00 €

- Area 4 (Röykkä, Anttila, Kulloo, Jorvas, Kellokoski): 45.00 €
