Moving boxes terms of rental

• Moving boxes are rented for a period to be agreed upon separately.
• The rental period is calculated in calendar days, including the delivery and return dates.
• Moving boxes are not allowed to be used for transportation or storage of substances or goods that can damage the boxes. Such are, for example, construction waste, mortar, paint, oil, stone or glass crumb, and other similar substances.
• The customer is responsible for any damage to the boxes during the rental period. Normal wear and tear related to transportation and use is not considered damage. Damaged or lost boxes must be compensated for at the cost of replacement, which is €12.00 per box.
• If the boxes are not returned, a compensation fee of €12.00 per box will be charged.
• Each delivery will be charged separately.
• Rental and transportation fees will be charged upon return, unless otherwise agreed.
• The customer has no right to transfer the boxes to a third party without Paku24’s consent.
• If the customer violates the terms of this agreement, Paku24 has the right to terminate the agreement and take possession of the rented products.
